There is a Board of Members
call Executive/Governing Body comprising seven members with their exceptional
key developmental backgrounds. The Executive Body with two female members use
to strategizes its work in socioeconomic development sectors professionally as
systematically all the way through multi key developmental activities as
facilitator. Other than the Governing Body, there is a team with enthusiasm
spirit, educated and qualified as development practitioners looking after the
managerial cum administrative section professionally following Chief Executive
Officer as well as another group of full timers staff working with zeal in
general, who are taking care of and carrying out all the works with
participatory action in the field systematically as transparently. As of now
with professional inputs of the workers team of PARYAY, it has been able to reach
in a good geographical coverage in the region by way of spreading out its
developmental key wings for the society. PARYAY is more accountable with
its system and vision somehow. All its activities are maintaining
professionally as distinctly as transparently adopting proper Management

Executive Head
Jagdish
N. Khedikar is playing role as
Executive Head holding his position as President at the organization on behalf
of the Board of Members, who is an enthusiastic social activist, whose first
step in the morning horizon starts with social works. With almost one decade of
prior participatory experience & since his childhood towards development
practices, Mr. Khedikar initiated to form a platform like PARYAY and
consequently after completion of the first year of its formal activation, he
started carrying proud to the platform gradually as well as to the society in general
by way of making the platform as well as himself able to achieve number of
appreciations & awards in district, state and national level from different
sources rendering his outstanding participatory efforts in
social development manner, sports and education. Apart from his social motto,
Mr. Khedikar always shows his interest developing local youth towards sports
and enrolling interested youth from the region in to the platform and guiding
them selflessly and facilitating let show their talent in district, state even national
level somehow. He has also been able to develop his profile as capacity builder
in the state basically and some parts of the country in general for many
existing and upcoming new organizations working in the field of social reform
and development. The Board of members always encourage and appreciate his
excellence towards group effort in PARYAY has been built in extraordinary way
to play its trouble shooting role vitally for the society in the long run.

Ms.
Rasika Sheshraj Kamble is
belong to a very remote village and
schedule caste category, where people are far away from proper
linkages, facilitation and laying the area unorganized with low literacy headed
economically poor as well as deprived circumstances running tough livelihood
with poverty all the way. In a male dominant society, where girls never use to
appreciate for higher education and leadership development, she was only among
the female members with her brave spirit fighting against those conditions had
been able to motivate the female members of the village for community
development together. After completion of her Higher Secondary education, she started
wholeheartedly mobilizing women’s power in her community by way of promoting SHGs,
Farmer groups towards developing SSIs utilizing local resources as supplement
income apart from their husbands income as basically the female members depend
upon their husband’s earning, which leads often domestic violence and many
sorrowful situation. Ms. Kamble availed good exposures in community towards socioeconomic
development attending different development programs in the state even outside.
Her thought to improve the livelihood condition of the people, where female are
suppressed all the way, made her position today in the area as trouble shooter
drawing the faith of the people on her action with knowledge, information and
confidence somehow. Today people respect her focus on women empowerment as well
as her thoughts to improve the community integrated way at the same time. Her
rendering effort in community mobilization, women empowerment by way of
changing the negative mindset of the people and active journey in development
sector, she had formally been awarded / appreciated / felicitated by different
sources in Maharashtra. The faith of the general people on her ability nominated
her to take portfolio in PARYAY to serve and transfer her quality to the people
in a proper way systematically ahead and accordingly the Committee gave her
responsibility to promote women and building their inherent talents all the way
in a creative manner and serve the platform better way playing role as Vice
President.

L. Bawankar is a young, spirited,
positive minded and enthusiastic youth from the community serving the needy
people selflessly since last more than one decade actively building his reputation
focusing women empowerment, community development, Self Help Group promotion
and their linkages, promotion and development of women entrepreneurs together
with all development tasks related to women and child development, health &
nutrition, community mobilization, cluster development etc. in a very sincere and
concrete manner. Based on his extraordinary efforts towards sustainable
community development, the community itself recognized his quality & ability
as well as recommended him to play a leading role in PARYAY platform and
accordingly the general body of the organization elected him as General
Secretary in the Executive Body of the organization and he has been given
responsibility as Administrative Head. As academic, Mr. Bawankar completed Bachelor
in Commerce & Diploma in Dairy and Animal Husbandry. But escaping the time
running after govt., he has been engaging vigorously & trying to develop
the sources utilizing local resources promoting new talents from the region
playing vital role to develop new enterprises for employment as well as
sustainable income generation. He is an ideal youth in the community, instead
of developing his own family structure he has willed himself for the community
development and making the people sustainable all the way and has considered
not to get marry ahead anymore as he is a committed wholehearted, whole timer,
doorstep service provider social worker with peoples respect and acceptance.
People always consider him with honour as an ideal social worker in their
community they get. On the other hand as a scenario, he has been able to change the mindset of the people in the villages as a
model, where all the people are concern about eco friendly environment and
hygiene practice with proper sanitation facilities, education, resource
mobilization, village integration, child protection and development, gender
equity & women empowerment, health and nutrition, personality development
of youth cadre, facilitation for the disable persons, and many more, thus he
achieved many appreciations & awards from different sources as a key person
in trouble shooting at critical & dreaded situations in the society. He has
also been able to achieve Excellency Award from the Prime Minister, India. Mr.
Bawankar is an ideal person for the community as entrepreneur always appreciated
by the people and respects his guidance all the way for the development. Thus
he had also been nominated by the community people itself to play the role of
Village Headman simultaneously with the PARYAY’s responsibility. In his tenure
of service he has been able to bring the prides to the society achieving the following
