Bahu - Uddeshiya Sanstha (PARYAY) is a non-government grass root organization working
for the integrated development of communities since couple of years with a
motto of “Helping people to help themselves”. PARYAY with
its vast experience in implementing community development programs
is considered as “Model for an integrated Community Development”.
Paryay
Development Training Centre (PDTC) with its rendering noble service of training and
empowering numbers of development professionals and community leaders and is
evolving as a “center of excellence” in Sustainable Community
Development. PDTC is considered as a light house to
development organizations.
Programs under PDTC are targeted and specially
designed in both theoretical and practical aspects of various approaches,
methodologies and tools for development practitioners working in Community
Development to meet current and emerging demands to make developmental
interventions more inclusive, effective, efficient and sustainable. Also
these are designed to be participatory and will build upon the experiences of
the participants giving ample opportunities for cross learning.

Community development training with participatory approach for village / community leaders (3 days duration)
NGO Management Training includes Project Formulation, Implementation
& fundraising techniques (1 week duration)
Women & Youth Leadership Development Training (3 days duration)
Appropriate management of SHGs for SHG members (3 days duration)
Bookkeeping/Accounting & leadership development training for SHG
members (5 days)
Men/Women Entrepreneurship Development Training (15 days duration)
