Bahu-uddeshiya Sanstha (PARYAY) is a non-government
voluntary organization working for the integrated development of communities
past more than one & half decade with a motto of “Helping people to help themselves”. PARYAY with its vast experience in
implementing community development programs is considered as “Model for an
integrated Community Development”.
Paryay
Development Training Centre (PDTC) from past half decade is rendering noble service of
training and empowering thousands of development professionals and community
leaders and is evolving as a “center of excellence” in Sustainable Community
Development. PDTC is considered as a light house to development organizations
across the country.
PDTC is now pleased to announce five day-long Capacity Building Program with Field Exposure -
“NGO Management”.
This program is scheduled from 25th
– 29th Mar, 2019 at Lakhni, Bhandara, Maharashtra (India).
This program is targeted and specially designed in both
theoretical and practical aspects of various approaches, methodologies and
tools for development practitioners working in Community Development to meet
current and emerging demands to make developmental interventions more
inclusive, effective, efficient and sustainable.
The course is designed to be participatory and will build
upon the experiences of the participants giving ample opportunities for cross
learning.
The cost of the five day-long training is only Rs.7500 (rupees seven thousand five hundred) per trainee. But partial scholarships are available on the first come first serve basis. The maximum intake number for the training program is only 25. Hence we request to confirm your participation at the earliest or 15 days prior to date of commencement by sending your application form attached to this email i.e. paryayshivni@gmail.com .
To encourage the participation of NGOs from different
districts / states in capacity building programs, PDTC provides food and accommodation – (Non A/C room 2 sharing
basis). No traveling cost for
the training will be provided; it is to be borne by the participants themselves
only. At the end of the program the
trainees will be provided course material in soft as well as some hardcopies,
also awarded certificate to
each participant.
Resource faculties will be assigned from Chennai, Indore, Assam, Delhi and Maharashtra.
